On the one hand, I love to watch them eat their own. On the other it's fucking terrifying how organized they are and how quickly they can take down someone who steps a hair out of line. If they can take down the mayor of NYC overnight, imagine what they can do to you.
 
I'm glad so many see this for what it is. The regime doesn't care about corruption, they revel in it. What they do care about is push back against their agendas.

Been like that for a while.
We don't have the amount of laws we do for our "safety and security."
We have the amount of laws we do so everyone does something illegal on almost any given day.

Once you have that, it's just a question when the machine wants to feed on you. And with the data collection and retention culture we live in, you can bet your sweet ass that your misdeeds are recorded for future use, along with your porn viewing habits, political persuasion, and religious views. Gotta know who the enemies of the state are.

Been that way since I was a wee lad in the 90's. I wouldn't doubt it was the intended purpose of the innerwebz.

Most people aren't engaged in shady quid pro quos with the government of Turkei so shouldn't be too worried about a federal investigation. And yes, law enforcement agencies investigating crimes tend to be organized. Regarding "how quickly" they "took him down", they've been investigating him for months. Not "overnight".

"Witchhunt", "DNC Cabal taking people down", it seems there's literally nothing anyone can do these days that isn't some covert psyops from the democratic boogeymen according to Irate. Some of ya'll need, as Gen Z says, to go touch grass. :shaking: :flipoff2:

Are you saying he didn’t abuse people? That he shouldn’t have been removed? I honestly don’t understand this. Prosecuting people for sexual abuse is some Democrat scheme now? :confused:

When has that ever been a problem for Dems that tow the line? The only cases I've ever seen them prosecute are people who stepped out of line. Rob Blagoyovitch, Bob Menendez, Andrew Cuomo. I don't think anyone is surprised he did what he's being accused of, it's just the fact that they chose to actually prosecute it.

I don't know what he did or didn't do, but if it was all legit, why were all the charges dropped after he resigned?
 
Haven't decided if Blumenthal is a front man to cover the Dems pretending they care about the Trump assassination attempts or if he'll be the next one under some kind of investigation for actually saying he cares about it. Time will tell.

To tell the truth, with the stuff Biden is saying in these interviews I'm wouldn't be surprised if something doesn't get thrown at him from the left.

Oh, he's cooked for sure now. They probably just wanted to force him out. If he resigned the charges would've probably magically disappeared. Now they might kill his ass instead.
 
They updated the link, it's basically nothing but upgraded flights and hotels. Seems like an awfully petty thing for the Feds to pursue. The President's son has extensive crimes well documented on a laptop that our intelligence community and DoJ blatantly interfered in an election over yet all they could get Hunter on was a weapons charge and minor tax fraud? Seems like one is far more deserving of DoJ resources than the other.

I've rarely flown international and only paid for first class once on a domestic flight, but those prices seem heavily inflated.

Thought that as well, everything looks like 3x what it would actually cost. Granted some of the luxury hotel rooms could be expensive per night. Then again I would expect first class and hotel stays to be comped for someone like a mayor of a major city. If the tax payers aren't paying for it, who gives a shit. Though who knows, maybe there is real tangible evidence that he solicited this stuff directly in exchange for political favors.

I'm not exactly politically biased in favor of Adams, I think the guy sucks personally, but have to presume innocence until proven otherwise. Throwing an entire life and career away and facing serious prison time over $120k worth of shit seems awfully fucking stupid.

Considering the amount of international business that takes place in NYC, it's not that unexpected. Looks like most of this happened when he was Brooklyn Borough President, not mayor.

I don’t know about that. I once canceled a flight to Brazil that cost $2,000. They wouldn’t refund it, but said I could use it on a more expensive flight. The problem is they don't have a more expensive flight. They said I could spend it on a first class flight. I was making a short flight that is $400 normally and I asked if I could upgrade that. Yes, I could. All I had to do was pay an additional $200. You read that right, $2200 to fly from Minnesota to Pennsylvania.
