What's new

Northern lights now

We get our “cable tv” and internet off a local line of sight broadband system. The solar storm must be messing with it, Mrs is not happy
I was actually wondering how it affects baofengs and stuff, if at all. Maybe ill test that tomorrow if its still around. Or maybe someone smarter than me can tell me im an idiot. For that one specific reason and no others….:homer:

I literally just ran a channel search on our “smart tv”, nothing local is showing up. Naturally… every one of the shopping and Hispanic channels are coming in loud and clear :homer:

Fuck all of you.

Can you at least get a photo of the moon?

Whoops, not the Northern Lights I had in mind, cool stuff though

Carry on
:flipoff2:

I need to finger out how to make my potato camera take pics at least as nice as my eyeballs see.

See a nice sunset or stars, take pic and it's not even close to what I'm seeing.

Like this was super bright the other night and barely could get that pic after probably 10+ tries.

We had a some in nnorthern Arizona (Scenic) last night. Reported they were seen in Alabama last night also. Might have to do a little road trip soon.:smokin::smokin::smokin:

Could see it here in East Tn. Was pretty cool.
Damn it, I’m in East TN and can’t/didn’t see shit. Even at work where’s there’s no light pollution. Did see the ISS flyover though for the first time.

I couldn't see it with the naked eye but snap a pic of the sky and they showed up in the pic.
