North Dakota DMV info

Trying to track down a title for a customer. Anyone have any hookups in North Dakota? Previous owner bought this thing off eBay like 15 years ago out of Minnesota and never did the title paperwork. Looks like that guy jumped the title, and then died. Ran a title search in SC and it shows active in North Dakota (last place registered/titled). Sweet little scout, hate for it to continue to be a tarp holder.

Update, ended up calling their DOT. Holy moly there are easier to deal with than South Carolina. $3 and a form and they send you the information for the previous title holder.

SC is easy to get anything 35 years or older titled. Just printout the form and get a local cop or sheriff to inspect and sign off on it.
