NMN miracle drug or snake oil

Seen a few internet "doctors" touting NMN. Anyone here take it?

Not that I'm looking for supplements, the only thing I take is Vitamin D because Washington, but it seems promising.

The giant doeses doctors give after concusions really help. Other than that, I got nothing.

First off I look to supplements to make up for lower quality food supply and being over fifty make up for deficiencies and poor choices earlier in life. That said the supplements I focus on are ones that boost mitocondrial function (energy repair zombie cells) in these main catagories minerals, nootropics (mind) cardiovascular and amino acids (make the food you it bioavailable) B1 benfoitamine and thiamine hcl. These are essentially anti aging.

Not expecting these to make me live past 100 but to maximize the days I do have and keep me out of the drs office.

Been taking NMN roughly 8mos and on top of the other things I take I do feel it gives me an edge in energy and repair. Need to take it with TMG got it in powder form at donotagePure NMN which is a reputable source and had a great deal on it.

This guy gives fair reviews of the podcasts I watch and reviews NMN and a few others worth taking.

Be careful with vitamin d supplements they are finding they cause fatty liver. Check to see if they are using soybean oil as well. Eat mackrel 2x the vitamin d of tuna the amino acids in the fish make the vit d more available. Vit k2 is what I take and has vit d in the blend
