For '05+ swap, you can also just buy radius arm brackets and spring buckets online so you don't have to mess with the rivets. Slightly more money obviously.

I got my radius arm brackets from PMF and buckets straight from Ford. Part numbers are in that thread. I don't remember how much they cost but prices are available online.

Had to make some spacers/plate washers where they bolt to the frame as my Excursion was slightly different in that area.

Went the Bilstein way.. ordered 4600:ies for all corners and Skyjacker 7000 as steering stabilizer.
I`ll see after these how the going changes and think other changes after that. Also PHP Hydra chip in order.

We have 4600s on our 2002 F350 and they ride nicely.
