I have some New Process transfer cases. 201, 202, 203, and 205. I also have a 200 in the shop for a customer. In this thread I will be looking at the similarities and differences between them.
I will have to upload my pictures to my computer and resize them before I can post them on here. If you want some pictures and a short description of each go to jobrated.com and look at his transfer case information.
I have disassembled a 205 that came out of a one ton Chevy with shift on the fly 4x4. I have partly disassembled a 201 and a 202. I have included the 203 because of the gear drive part that is used for double gear reduction when married to a 205. More to come.
