This law is obviously unconstitutional. Making laws that retroactively effect legally owned property has been decided by the Supreme Court several times. I wish there was a way to make these "lawmakers" suffer for wasting taxpayer money on these laws they keep passing. They know full well they will be tossed upon appeal to higher courts.
