New House - Cable/Internet

Anyone build a new house and deal with a setting up a new service address with a cable company?

Closing on a vacant lot in the next couple weeks and curious what sort of an adventure I’m going to go on with Spectrum and getting a line ran about 500’.

First you contact your county for an address, then you give it to the utility company. Then you take it in the six for the line addition charge for running power and utilities 600'.
