CA New holland skidsteer $6500

Old a sloppy but seems to run good. Hr meter shows 2600hrs. Little 2cyl diesel with nee batteries. Everything is damp and crusty but doesn't have any significant leaks. It had been sitting for a month or so last and no drips on the ground. Tires also hold air.

$6500 for irate in prunedale ca. Will deliver for $2/ loaded mile and my very lazy drug out convenience.

I guess so... but it doesnt say ford anywhere on it and has a duetz diesel.

Interestingly enough i recently had a 2011 case and 2008 new holland which were identical tractors except the color.

Oh my hell!!! You got that in Quartzite! I bought a couple of old disc’s there for yard art. Guy said you loaded it up about an hour before we were there.😜

No I looked at it earlier in the week, but had no way to get it home. We go there every winter for two weeks during the rv show to get away from the cold for a bit. The guy you bought it from is a hard sell. He usually won’t go down on anything. If you talked him down at all you did good.

I think he wanted $4900 and i got it for $4500. I never even met the guy, called him on the phone, offered 4k and agreed to 4500. Paid the guy that lives in the trailer
 
Yeah, when I looked at it he had a sign on it for $4500. I tried talking him down on the disc’s and he wouldn’t budge. Just didn’t give shit if he sold something or not. He sits and smokes and bullshits with his buddies every day. He gave you the same discount as I got. He told my wife a few days before $125.00, then a few days later he tells me $150.00.😜 I told him he gave my wife a price of $125.00 a couple of days before. He actually acted like I was trying to screw him over. Wouldn’t go one dollar lower than $125.

Reminds me of a guy that Corey Young put me in touch with to buy a bunch of D60s from.

First Corey says $1200 for a pair of cucv axles. I'm like OK, I can sell them for $1800 easy.

Drive 650 miles and sure enough there is a pile of axles. I say, OK so $1200 for a 60 and 14b? Nope, $1200 for a D60. Fuck, OK. How about $7k (all I had) for 7 axles, he looks at me like I was stupid and couldn't do math. He say, $1200 x 7 would be 8400. OK, well would you take $7k for 7 axles? No. Well, I'll give you $7k for 6 axles? No, 6 axles would be $7200........:homer:

Well, would you knock $200 for buying 6?

I notice a few empty housings, and thought it might be a good start for me, since I was replacing almost everything anyway. So I ask how much.

I finally best him down to $6100. So I got a whopping $200 off.

BTW, it was fucking pouring rain this whole time, dude didn’t get haggling at all, and gave zero fucks about selling or the fact I drove 650 miles 1 was for this killer deal.

Apparently he used to buy tons of old CUCV trucks for $3-400 ea at auctions. Pull the axles out and off the trucks. At one point he had a supposed pile of 50+ axles.

He thought he was making out, but dumbass should have held onto the complete truck as those fuckers are $6k+ easy now. :laughing:
