Need help with sm465 2wd speedo ratio box

Have a 2wd sm465 with a speedo cable that wasn't spinning.

Spun the cable with a drill and verified that the cable and speedo work correctly.

Popped the ratio adapter off the tail housing and found some carnage.

Where can I source one of these and what's the proper name for it?

Having a hard time finding one. Am I only going to be able to source it used?

Having a bitch of a time figuring out which gear I need for 4:56 gears and 235/85/16 as well.

I've just converted to vss and autometer in the past but I'm too broke now and this is going to be my daily for a while

Plenty of places to order them online. Not many shops deal in them any more dude to the demise of cable driven speedos.
