I've built this over 21 years. It had several variations before this. I will have to get some pics of the build found, most were photobucketed šŸ¤£

Currently the specs are:

1994 YJ
2001 LQ4
1991 700r4
1991 231C with Teraflex SYE
Tom Woods rear shaft
78 HPD44 Front
78 D60 rear
4.88 gears
SWummit Racing generic radiator
Full interior
Warn VR8000 Front
Warn M8000 rear
Hummer H2 wheels
Federal Courgia tires (actually been happy with these cheap things)

In the works:
Narrowed 2004 F350 front with Comp Zip locker. This is mostly done, I just need to send the knuckles to Sky Offroad Design, but Covid hit.
figuring out armor for the underside
body mounts

Finally getting around to installing my narrowed D60 with my buddy, but the build took a turn.

Last week it received a Detroit out back and Yukon axle shafts. It also received new front fenders and rear flares are laying here. Daves Custom boat sides were ordered as well as Ruff Stuff steering. Powerstop brakes are still sitting here.

The D44 was pulled and a 3 link front was started with a small stretch and the steering box is being moved. The Yukon Competition Zip locker was installed in the narrowed 04 D60 and ORA high steer arms were put on. A steer smarts track bar was sourced.

Then I realized because the axle was narrowed 2 or 3 years ago for a leaf spring rig, that it was screwing up the coil geometry to do this. I then ordered coilovers from Accutune Offroad for the front.

I'm in a bit deeper than I wanted to be right now, stock JL lower arms are being used until I need an upgrade, and I know I will. They were freebies, and I can either use off the shelf links or fabricate some in a year or two. The plan was regular coils, and they would have probably been fine for my wheeling, but now who knows. I figure the bushings will get wasted pretty quick.

Hopefully I can link the rear soon.

frame fixing and more tacking mocking. 99GrandTJ has been doing most of the work as my job has me tied up and we are trying to make the blessing.

Got the D60 in and am now working to sort out some issues, and dial it in. It is a huge learning curve for me, I've never owned anything linked.
It's so tight it's a little twitchy, even with 6* of castor. The box 'seems' so much faster than it was with the SOA as everything was loose. I get a little wobble in the wheel on occasion. I need to check balance again, and I need to check toe again, and a couple other things.
It was linked using JL lower rear links for the front lowers, and a modified Ironrock Offroad JL rear link as a front upper link.

SteerSmarts JL trackbar

Redneck ram is on order, should ship today.

I need to figure out how to re-route my intake/upper radiator hose to get my tower support bolted back on.

I added Daves Customs boat sides

Plan is to high line the front, and maybe lower it a bit, and link the rear, lowering that at that time too.

The 8274 is being rebuilt on my bench right now.
