You can tell the cop to stop trespassing on your land and to come back with a warrant and sober up inside.

You “can” get a dui on a mower in va, but it’s normally when someone turns around in the roadway or when someone crashes it next to the road. I've heard of locals getting drunk in public’s on their mowers, but that’s about it.
