Mrs Drakeslayer leaves me.

I visited wolf creek reservoir, pilcher creek reservoir, and thief valley reservoir, all low or in thief valleys case just mud. I did see a large herd of elk in some hay field.

People have to be asked to be included, and often times they're very willing to help out if you let them know specific needs. Sounds like they did reach out to start but then gave up when the answer was no. If you flip the invite from saying no to whatever event they had that you're not able to attend to instead asking them if they're up for bringing you dinner on a Wednesday or something then that keeps the relationship active.

That's a bridge you chose to burn. Can't blame them for stopping reaching out when the answer kept being no.
 
So I’m hold up in my motor home with Covid while more fun is being had in Hawaii. Older son just arrived there and younger son will fly home tomorrow night.

Daughter is being trolled by this photo because she desperately wants to get matching tattoos with her mom. These are fake (no redness).
 
Go hard every day! Even when you are just goofing off, be there. Great that she got individual time with the spawn. Good that you got a little break. You have a lot ahead. Try to find some joy and solace in each day. The next chapter is just that... and the one after and so on.

It looks like you have a good life and a happy one. That is so wonderful. We all know we face the inevitable and none of us know much about the path before that. You do. You know part of her path. It seems like you are doing all the right stuff. You have lots of us rooting for you and your missus. Go live!
