I never actually met Mr. Beast, but I did alot of site work and grading type stuff for him indirectly. His stepfather runs the day to day shit cus Beast and all the college kids working for him don't know their head from a hole in teh ground. The stepdad who's name I don't remember anymore, he was a good guy with his head on straight.. conservative, bitched about all teh bullshit the college kids were doing all the time, and tried to somewhat run everything like a business and not piss away money too bad. I have no idea what all that above is about, cus I didn't watch or read it. I know where both of Beasts studios are though cus I did site work at both.
 
Step 1- don't hang with transophiles. They do transophile things.

I'm sure I'll get bored enough to watch those eventually. Beast seems like a decent guy, and the accusations against his co-whatever (at least so far) are naughty texting. Second-degree inappropriateness.

My very limited don't-care-enough-to-watch-the-videos understanding is that he was business partners with it for a long time before the transition.

I just read the Wikipedia page. I recognized most of the words but don’t understand them in the context of this guy is 26 and worth 500 million from making videos.
 
I never watched him but the dipshits I know that have ipad babies all love him.

He figured out the YouTube algorithm (or was tipped to it)
He then understood if he fed the algorithm what it wanted his video engagement and views would grow exponentially.

In turn he realized if he spent the amount of money the video would produce in prizes or contenstant competitions the videos would be self fulfilling.

He's done stuff like $dollar store (everything is $1) gives away free Tesla's, free burger joints + cash, basically all videos involve giving away dump trucks full of cash to regular pleebs.
 
I wouldn't really say his audience was children, more like teens, young adults.

The OG videos were wild, single moms going to the free burger joint getting a new car and $10k cash was pretty heart warming :rainbow:

I hate that I know this. But his user name was Mr. Beast before he was a famous YouTuber. My user name is just as dumb for the same dumb reason. It was a video game username from when was a teenager.

He changed his username once and his viewership went down so he changed it back and that little stunt actually gained him more than he lost.

Content Cop can't exist under "modern" Youtube's rules. He had to delete half the old episodes (maybe all by now) right around the ad-pocalypse shit show.
