other bank has 180psi across the board...this side was 180-175-175-0Old leaded fuel era 460 without hardened seats. Pull the other head and get them rebuilt with new seats and a valve job and it'll be right as rain. Assuming nothing else is pooched of course.

I see it's missing part of the valve now that I blew the pic up. As long as the piston and cylinder wall is ok I'd do a valve job and put it back together.
Perfect, I'd be tempted to do a quick drill lapping of the valves and stick a new one in that hole and slap it back together. With an even number across the board being that high it would t bother me a bit to do it at home.
