But Utah is missing a Half-track... Curious to see who had it follow him home.

A site can be eligible but the owner chooses not to put it on the register. PO had my barn surveyed and I have the letter saying it's eligible, but thankfully he didn't put it on and I don't plan to either.

I gotta laugh at some of the mine explorers, they are all over themselves when they find old trash in a mine to look at, such as an old newspaper, but have a fit when they find a modern newspaper.

At what age does it go from being trash. To being historic?

50 years is what I was told.

I throw a bottle on the ground in the Forest today and I get fined for littering
pick it up 50 years later and fined again for removing a historic artifact.

As far as the archaeological thing that was B.S it must be at least 100 years old to qualify, and tying it to something else miles away that is "eligible to be historical" but actually isn't, is also nonsense. I made a deal to return it after to many rats went looking for a reward. The thing is I didn't even try to hide it because I genuinely didn't think I was doing anything wrong, I actually thought it was a good thing, I was cleaning the Forrest and also getting a Halftrack a win-win.

If it was in a farmer's field would you have pulled the same move? Where you went wrong was not asking permission from the land owners before taking.
