Maps apps?

so i do like Gaia, but get what your saying about it kinda sucks at times. i have not downloaded any maps into yet but heard i can. i can also see other peoples tracks so thats kinda nice. but the main thing is you got to time to get to know what ever system your using. i do wish i could find one that was the cats meow and not have to worry about it. haha

If you don't like Gaia, you can absolutely get a refund. They have excellent customer service that I have actually used for a weird technical map cache issue.

They do respond pdfq, squared me away in 1-2 min convo.
+1 on logging in some p.c. facetime with it.
Something I need to do.

The gaia support nerds tell me this app has known software issues on Android.
I lost my entire stash in the sync debacle

In a related thread somewhere here; US Topo Maps and Maverick was suggested.
I downloaded and use both.

In addition; since I'm an old fart and still use map-and-compass, I also downloaded Skyview astronomy app.
So I can use as additional/redundant location/bearing aids.
