OK so i've been using my beadroller now for a few years and always was a 2 person job with one cranking the handle and myself feeding it through along the line. NOW i finally converted the bead roller over to power feed with a variable speed foot pedal to make this a one person operation. I used a Harbor Freight CENTRAL MACHINERY Corded 12 Amp Portable Electric Pipe Threader and cut the hex adapter for it to fit on the D shape shaft and will use a piece of EMT through the threader hole into the tube that I used to gusset the bead roller to prevent it from flexing. No video as I just did this a few hours ago but I will make a Youtube video showing the bead roller modifications and this as well. The bead roller is an Eastwood Fab Bead roller with a 22mm shaft that is D shape so if you have one and would like to purchase the hex adapter I will be able to make them and will sell them for $20 shipped via USPS flat rate. This is the setup I made today. Will get better pics/video of the entire setup tomorrow.
Here is a link to the foot pedal that I used and works great.
