So at some point the kitchen was converted to electric, and the gas pipe is nowhere to be found in the kitchen. I driled some holes and used a cam from above, didnt see
got this little thing, but not having any luck, clipped ground onto the included ground spike, positive to the gas pipe outside, not having much luck
I do see the gas pipe going into the ceiling between first and second floor from a T by the water heater, but its at the worst possible location by stairs in the center of the house and the only option is to tear the floor from 2nd story or a bunch of ceiling and wall drywall in the first.
What usually happens when when kitchen converted to electric? I would have thought common sense to cap it off nearby, but possibly capped off up in the ceiling between floors?
