Yup. When my snapon tools got stolen the cop I reported it to decided that they weren't worth enough to do anything about
. I got them back myself, told the cop. He said to be glad that I got them back 
.No. They’ll fine the owner for having a car so easy to steal. Then slap them with the tow and impound fees. Then suspend their license so they don’t make the police have to do any actual work in the future.
