Looking at a house that has a 30X50 steel building. Currently just a building with no Electric/Plumbing/Septic. The building is constructed of light gauge steel tubing and has trusses. I just want to be sure I'm not missing any major issues with this construction. Plan is to turn it into a shop with a lift. Waiting to hear back on pad thickness. Are there any code issues that would prevent me wiring/plumbing the building? I understand I won't be able to hang as much weight from the walls, but can you still do OSB/drywall if desired? Its in the desert with mild weather. Only pick I have is below.
