Lifting a P30 - Shackle flip

Does anyone know if I can use a K30 shackle flip on my 1985 P30 frame?

For the record, building a 1968 IH C1500 on a max GVW 1985 P30 frame, build thread in the tow section:

You're talking about the van chassis? I don't see why it wouldn't if it uses the same rear spring hanger as whatever application you buy the shackle flip for. The worst thing that could go wrong is you run out of drive shaft travel at full droop but that's not something outside your abilities to fix.

Yeah, I had to break out the tape. P30 hangers are 1.75" So a 4" shackle flip from ORD is on order. They sent me the following pic:

I also need to move the spring pads... so I thought about keeping the Ford spacing and moving the front hanger too.
