He's old though. The memory is the first to go. Probly why he thinks a honda 250f was even a good bike
He clearly said 250R? Not F? Water cooled rocketship vs air cooled tractor?
He clearly said 250R?
Now I am even older, and ride off road with the kid so I have been out of it for a bit, but she wants to get into MX, I might get a MX bike again
I have an old TTR 125 that I used to race in a local indoor series, (again Vet class)Yes we know what that is. Posting a honda 250f pic in a ktm thread is just.....
I know I should have put the ol XR400 in there
Providing you didnt get too fat. The 150's are a hoot. Rail the holy fuck outta them and they never try to kill you Think clapped out toyota on the freeway....you are in your own race

Go buy a 150. You will like that stupid bike. We have been rather impressed with it.
Hell....buy mine
I'm old, I don't do kick starters anymore
I'm old, I don't do kick starters anymore
I already have cadaver parts in my knee, so I have to be careful now
looks like a fun bike
you kids are spoiled now daysYou dont even mix the gas on that thing. Kick starter is just a backup, still has the Estart
The 300 has been in the 80's a bunch. All mostly on gravel road.
GPS said 97 and was still pulling hard when I chickened out on my 540. That was pavement though. Michelin Starcross soft terrain whatever tires
you kids are spoiled now days
I have ridden a few KTM's, none of them were bad
I don't own a street bike because I test rode a 600, 15 minutes later I knew it only did 158 and decided it would kill me.
I regularly go to reach for the next gear on gravel and realize I'm already pegged in 6th.
I don't have the thing in my brain that tells me I'm going fast. I either have room to go faster, or I'm braking.
I'm starting to understand you guys just don't try very hard to go 100+....
Terrain makes a difference. Only place to do that shit is on the road.
Around here if you average 20mph you are haulin ass
I also own nothing fast for a reason
Enough.how fast is that?
KX500, was clocked at 118 on a highway section in Baja. GPS tracking ruined racing.
Me. Street bike will kill me.I also own nothing fast for a reason
