I have been in many lithium battery manufacturing facilities and I imagine solar is similar, but once a line is set up, it's automated and they don't have a huge number of people building batteries.
(and all the assembly line equipment comes from over seas)

No shit the market will correct itself by its self. We have a big coal fired power plant in town. Sounds like in 2-3 years they will be switched completely over to natural gas. The savings from the cost of the energy, not having to landfill the ash, not have to haul in coal makes it make sense. The byproduct is cleaner electricity.
This is made possible by the use of fracking.

All the solar farms are eating up good farm land. The funny thing is this fields get so hot, birds or insects get burned up flying over them. Watching the youtube videos are hilarious.

Completely missed in the Keystone and similar Pipeline shutdowns is that Canadian Tar Sand Oil that will now go west instead of south. The revised pipeline will blow a hole through the Canadian Rockies and coast ranges to a Pacific port that services China. Instead of ending up going down to Houston on the gulf. We will not have our hands on the spigot, the Wuhans will.
