no AARP for me...arm wrestling with SS for Disability while trying to keep cancer at bay. I feel very lucky to have gotten accepted for a clinical study for an experimental drug that combats the cancer I have(since chemo and radiation do nothing to it and surgery is out due to being IN my bones) and have gotten thru my first 6 months and got reupped to continue for another 6 months. i only have a few more months and I can apply for Medicare.
right now Im sorta hoping SSD and Medicare come in at about the same time...

i really dont know how AARP could help me, as I have roadside assistance and towing thru my auto insurance...everything else I either do myself or depend on the grandkids to rescue me...

:lmao:
I think one group of 3 chicks laughed at that, they're cool. But everyone who didn't laugh is a
c unit
There were a few in there laughing. I've decided those are the only people who actually have a good time living life.

Back when I was in college and working in the school's IT department, we had this crusty old dude named Don there. He was the cable/broadcast TV guy for the school, owned his own little cable TV network somewhere in the mountains that he made a bunch of money on, and was pretty much doing the school's cable for retirement fun- he brought his own tools, pole climbing spikes, AND beat old bucket truck to a state job(they tried to set him up with their equipment, but he wouldn't take it). Anyway, the dude was hard of hearing and prone to ripping ass without even realizing he did that. He was notorious for loudly crop dusting the entire IT building while being blissfully unaware. That video gave me flashbacks of sitting at the IT reception desk while he rolled past me, ass at eye level, unknowingly machine gun farting with every step. It's a wonder I never got pinkeye.
