Irate site problems on Microsoft Surface Pro. Help.

I zoomed in using fingers like you would on an Ipad but with the touch screen on my Surface Pro. Now it wont zoom out to normal size. I can still zoom in even further but it won't return to normal size. I don't want to keep looking at the screen like it is in blind person mode. No problems on any other website. I deleted cookies and that did nothing. Any help from those with more computer skills than I.

ooo i know i know... but i don't know how to explain... the zooming selection thats messed up is adjustable by an icon that should be on the same line as the website address.. except on the right..

it only sits there when its messed up.. when things arent messed up the icon goes away.. i don't remember what it looks like but its usually on the far left of those icons.. i think its a microsoft thing and is the same on all computers..

ETA- click on the "110%", and it pops back to 100%.
