Fix that back window an thats easily a $20k truck if it isnt rusted
Hmmm seems like a lot. Clear coat is peeling. No pics of interior so likely worn or trashed, bald tires, admits engine smokes, a gasser not a Powerstroke. Dump $12k in it and maybe worth $15k:homer:

I sold a 2002 F-250 4x4 7.3L 165k miles a year ago with clean body, lots of documented recent maintenance including rebuilt trans, brand new interior out of late model Superduty covered with Katzkin leather, full interior sound insulation, backup camera and screen. Took a few months to get $23k and I still think I did really well. I don’t see a gasser OBS needing lots of work selling for anywhere close to $20k

Would that be smog exempt where you are or do MDTs not count regardless of year?

In that case I'm surprised you don't run a couple. The bodies were made up until 1991 so you could probably keep one in good order until 2100 pretty easily.
Most around here are diesel, that one would make a nice watertruck. If it doesn't need too much work.
