Thanks for the list. The one in Bessemer was the 2nd one I looked at on my trip. It's not a terrible deal.
I was wanting a full project (I did one 95% complete and had to sell it) now I am thinking getting one nice as I can swing is probably a better idea. Around 30- 40k maybe spend 10-15k on it upgrading parts.

Probably a good idea, but 30-40 plus 10-15 equals a project truck redone right, if you do it yourself. Have everything done just the way you want it with no compromises on color, interior, drivetrain, ect and no worries about what's under the paint or in the engine.

We are just finishing up a huge five year project in Talmo that was an unlicensed landfill that got the owner some jail time

Just wrapped up a gas station near loop and 441 that was leaking into the creek that goes into the reservoir that supplies three counties running water

And will be starting another project in Athens at the intersection of loop 10 and Danielsville road
