You've got headlines from both sides of the state there, with 150+ miles between them, but... It's Colorado in January. It does that here.
It left a legit 6-8" at my house and then started blowing that around, the plains drifting out of this will be a mess.

I was stuck in Hays, KS for 3 days while heading Westbound on I70 in Dec '12 when a snowstorm moved through CO heading Eastbound dumping serious snow.

They closed I70 just West of Hays all the way to the CO/KS border.

Sometimes I miss CO, a lot of times I don't. I do live to play in deep snow, but driving around shitty drivers out there was no joke. Living in the SLV and the east plains sucked because we only ever got high winds and drifting.
