Part time dumbass
Ok so nothing is free after all. Got some tires I wanted to use. Currently running 33’s and 265’s are damn near the same and much better rubber. Scored some toyota 16” aluminum rims that fit the front hub dimensions. Got my tires mounted and went to install. The tie rod end is binding on the wheel. So i know 486 would cobble together a hi-steer setup from a few lawnmowers and arse_sidewards sideways would probably just grind down the wheel on the tie rod end till it fits. But I cant cobble that well and dont trust ground down aluminum. So that leaves me few options. I know a cross over steering setup will be best but don’t really have the bank for that. So that leave hub spacers for a temporary fix.
Are any better than the others? Any vendors better than others? Better ideas?
