How to search for specific attributes in a Chevy truck at auction

Nope I'm not heading to Canada (ehh) to buy this truck but do want a manual transmission in the next truck I purchase.

Also want a 6.6L duramax, have owned two in the last 4-6 years and while they cost $$$ in fuel they have more uggs duggas.

You'd have to look at the RPO codes - usually on the inside of the glove box door. They're 3-digit codes.

8th digit is the engine

Can't tell which transmission is in it from the VIN, only the rpo codes

Cant buy this one as it's like 3k miles away but figured might be able to decifer how to tell from the vin and use the vin in a search string to locate a diesel and 5 or 6 speed equipped truck.

I gave you the engine. The transmission isn't in the VIN, it's in the RPO codes on the glovebox door.

For a 2007, an eighth digit of "D" is an LBZ 6.6T V8 Diesel

Typical for Ritchie - all they'd need to do is one picture of the cab so you could look for a clutch pedal or shifter lever to see if it is automatic or manual, but that's too much trouble...
