Anyone know where to get a threaded barrel in .45 acp for the hk usp these days? I bought a police trade in that I’d like to turn into a suppressor host but every website I’ve found is sold out, back ordered, or discontinued. I’d prefer .578-28 thread but will take what I can get.

For grins, I just checked what it would cost to get a replacement barrel for my old USP 45 Tactical, and they sure are proud of them! Wasn't expecting a pistol barrel to be $500!

No shit. I needed new mags for my .45 PCC because the ProMags I used kept breaking on the locking lug. Two 15 rnd (IIRC) H&K mags USED was $100. And that was ALL I could source before I ran into the end of the intardnet. I'll use them when I run out of ProMags...H&k hates the poors
Just an update to this thread:
I ended up emailing Jarvis-custom about these barrels because they had some hk barrels in stock, but the one I wanted was back ordered. They emailed me back today, a month later, to tell me they just came back in stock. I ordered one from them in the thread pitch I wanted. I should have something in a couple of weeks.

Final update, even though Jarvis Custom had a warning that custom threaded barrels had a working time of 4-8 weeks instead of their normal 2 weeks, I received my barrel Monday. It dropped right in.
They had a match fit option that requires sending in your slide, but I didn’t feel like paying the extra and shipping pieces across the country.
Overall, I’d definitely do business with them again but this hk is the only gun I own that they make parts for.
