Ironically, Father's Day this year happens to fall on the date that my father passed away 15 years ago. His wake that year, was on Father's Day. Sort of a bitter-sweet day for me.
I did receive my Father's Day phone calls from my own sons, which truly made my day.

Did Fathers Day Friday all day at the lake. I think I’m done with lake weekends, so nice nice and empty.
Caught a nice rainbow and a squawfish (they’re weird.)
Today got 500 rds .45ACP, 1000 rds .22, a used 30-06 for a beater deer gun, and a keg of Modelo.
No company, just me and Mrs. working around the house. Installing a new sink and disposal, got a sandbox for the grandbaby to fill.

I heard from the girls and Mrs this morning (Mrs was in Oregon, youngest in Chico, oldest in Alabama). Tried some first aid on pups right dew claw. He almost ripped the nail off last night

I'm waiting at patient pick up as they're discharging him. He sounds a lot better. His wife and our granddaughter both went to emergency at 11pm last night for the same shit. No one else sick so far. The comminality is they all made a trip to local lake. IMO they ingested something from the lake.
Edit: Just found out from our grandson that they stopped at the local Wendy's and all had chicken. The hospital thinks there was something
wrong with the chicken, so looking like nasty-ass food poisoning. Told the grandson to call the county health department.
