Been kicking around the idea of selling/trading my buggy for a while now, we have a trip planned in early July before it gets too hot to wheel until October, and honestly a nice Polaris Ranger Crew or something similar would be a lot more useful for our family as I could use that to get around the track, tow broken vehicles off track, etc and haul all 6 family members plus 2 Danes.

HOW MUCH: $20,000.00 (or trade for a really nice newer Polaris Ranger crew 1000)
DEETS:
I believe this is an older M&M 48" chassis, i have no idea what year.
104" wheelbase, roughly 23" belly, 85" wide.
Thunderbird Supercoupe 3.8 Supercharged motor, supposedly built motor with a ported eaton blower. it scoots really well on 42s.
C4 transmission fully rebuilt 2 years ago, and dana 20 with 3.15:1 low and twin sticks
10-12 gallon fuel cell, rebuilt the fuel lines/fuel pump last year.
Kingpin Ford Dana 60 fully trussed/artec full hydro skid, 5.13 gears, grizzly locker, double ended full hydro (all PSC), Chromo shafts
Sterling 10.50 with truss and 5.13 gears/grizzly locker
triangulated 4 link front and rear with aluminum links, 2.0 Radflo Coilovers
New-ish Warn Comp 9RC Winch with wireless remote
42" Comp Sticky Maxxis Trepadors on walker evans 17" beadlocks, front tires half full of water.
Corbeau Baja front seats, corbeau rear bench
FAIR DISCLAIMER this rear bench will NOT fit anyone over like 4'8. absolutely perfect for like a 4-10 year old.
Headlights, lightbar, rock lights all work well.

ISSUES:
The full hydro steering pump pulley has wobbled/squealed since i bought it, and i just never changed it. the pump really should be changed out, and some thought put into a better PS cooling system (it will get hot if you're doing extremely hard trails back to back all day long)
The C4 can be a little finicky, thus the name "Half Quart", usually we find that if the trans is acting funny we can add a half quart and it's all good to go. We think we've figured out this issue for the most part thanks to adding an overflow reservoir.

it's not a trailer queen, but it works extremely well offroad, it's been all over Wolf Caves, K2, and even Johnson Valley (prerunning KOH). It's been by far the most reliable buggy i've ever owned, and really am not desperate at all to sell, I just could use the money to get a nice Polaris Crew instead.

It comes with the side skins shown in most of the pictures below, but honestly usually wheel with no skins as i can clearly see both front tires from the driver seat with the skins off.

Houston Texas. It’s off market for a little while, went to Wolves and broke the Dana 20 low range so I have to get that fixed. Ol Half Quart did manage to be the 4th non rear steer buggy ever to make Flag Hill.

I still have this - now that i've decided to go full steam ahead with the Manche 4500 build i'll have even less of a reason to keep this - i have not had time to repair the Dana 20 yet - it still drives just fine in High range, just pops out of low (its either shifter detent or the idler shaft, neither of which is hard to fix) If anyone would be interested in it as is - I'll discount it 4k (that'd buy you a new Atlas if you really wanted one) and sell for 16k. I may also be interested in cash plus parts - namely 37x12.50r17 Trepadors or 2.5" 14" length King Bypasses. This is a killer deal for a really solid and proven buggy that is capable of following rear steer buggies just about anywhere for a fraction of the price.
