Heard on the radio yesterday that a bunch of California police and CHP officers went out there to help.

There is something like 4,000 cops from outside agencies in Milwaukee for the RNC. National guard is here and watching the downtown power plant and sub stations. There are helicopters constantly circling.

They also arrested a guy with walking around with near the RNC wearing a ski mask with a backpack that had an AK in it.

Is there any indication that this kid had any kind of RC or electronics experience? I'd wager that the vast majority of the population under 30 that hadn't specifically dealt with those things in either a hobby or professional capacity could not. And I'd wager that anyone under 20 would google it regardless if they thought they knew how to or not.

There’s a video somewhere where this picture makes sense concerning the railing and hydraulic line shots being such a drastic angle to the ear shot. That video was posted in this thread. Two shooters would explain how the boob kid was able to be so accurate seconds after an interruption. It would also explain why first initial reports said shots came from behind bleachers
