I ain't the one to blame.
1 pork tenderloin (or 1 beef tenderloin, 1 deer tenderloin
, a couple of duck breast, a bunch of dove, etc.) thin sliced and lightly pounded.
1-2 pickled jalapeño slices/piece of meat
Enough chopped onions to put about a tsp for each piece of meat.
Enough bacon to wrap each piece of meat
2 cups jalapeño juice (may need more depending on how many roll ups you make.)
1 cup honey (can do more or less depending on how sweet you want it)
Salt and pepper to taste
Pretty straight forward recipe.
1. Thin slice and lightly pound whatever meat you’re using.
2. Add jalapeño slices and onions to thin sliced meat.
3. Roll these up and wrap with bacon. Use toothpicks to secure.
4. Microwave or heat jalapeño juice and honey until combined, stirring as needed.
5. Grill roll ups and baste with jalapeño juice/honey mixture until done.
