Posted our first actual video today. Definitely contemplated posting here  but fuck it, I'll give it a shot. If you think I'm annoying on camera, I'm with you :flipoff2: there are other annoying people on YouTube, so what's one more. :lmao:

BTW, anyone do video editing here?

For those who have sigs turned off (I do )

Nice, I'll give you a sub.
We will be getting back to posting videos here soon, with starting a business.

Liked & subscribed, you sound like you are breathing hard.

---lowest point of the window regulator---

I don't talk in my video's because I sound like a dumbass.

So heres to you:beer::beer::beer:

I actually speed all the talking segments up by 1.2 because I felt like I was taking too long to get my thoughts out. I didn't notice it sounding wierd, but I could be wrong.

Yes, I know that's what it's called, but it didn't come out.

BTW, most of these were not the first takes.

I've always hated my voice on camera, just trying to get over it.

Ill make sure to pop in here every now and then even after I'm sponsored by nitto and jeep and wheel full time :flipoff2:

Don't you think you're making the doors a little too tight? Might be a perfect fit right now, but after you toss it around a bit and over time things might move.

Maybe?

It's around 1/8-1/4" so maybe? There is some adjustment, or I can make another set that's a little nicer. Never had a broadsided rig before.

Hopefully the boadsides don't move

I'd lower your work bench down to the actual ground
those Packastan people work like that just fine

my back hurt just looking at that, get a bench:grinpimp:

Sub'd

I need to get a rig on the trail. I have a few I could work on, but haven't been wheeling in years in my own rig :homer:

I have a decent 40x48 welding bench, but it's covered in shit. I'm hoping this whole thing will motivate me to clean up my garage more.

Well I need to find more people to wheel with. I try to keep our 4runner always ready to go if you ever want to go out.

If you want to go whole hog on the video editing, look at Davinci Resolve. It's free, with a paid upgrade for the more advanced stuff.

If it's good enough for Hollywood feature films, it's good enough. :flipoff2:

Reality, it's a bit of a learning curve. However, you'll never grow out of it.

If you want to eventually farm out the editing, Windows movie maker will get you by for basic videos until you can get monetized and afford an editor.

I'll check it out

My wife is a photographer, so we're not totally green to editing, but video is a whole different game.

Were using canva currently, and it's super easy to use, but there are a few things that seem dumb, or I'm missing.

One thing I'd like to do is be able to lay pics over the video without messing with audio. I can do 1 Pic, but adding more just lays over the 1st.

And just like that another person with more subs then artisan...

Havnt watched yet but have been bombarded with your stuff on social media the last 2 days. Seems like you finally gave in.

First social media I've been on since MySpace

You on the gram? I haven't messed with FB at all, but I think everything is getting cross posted there?

I was trying to catch up a bunch of older shit, but then I realized that it pretty much pops up and then fades away, so I'm going to just try to post a few pics or a video each day.

Also, my wife found a short video of me plowing snow in the samurai, posted as a reel on IG with somewhat normal music. But somehow accidentally posted it as a short on YT with this :lmao:

I kinda like it :flipoff2:

Subbed and thumbs up'd you.

But - kill the intro and the cheesy sound effects. They add nothing. Less jibber-jabber and more building. Example - you say say 'we're gonna finish the roof' without the TMI.

My .02.

Good luck with it, though!
