Gear brand for 2020 60/10.5?

What brands of gears are recommended for the the SD60/10.5 axles? Local shop told me Yukons are made in china and not recommended, I think they said they used US gear.

With only a couple K on the axles, can I reuse the bearings? Measure reload and set it up to the same on the new gears?

Am I better off spending a little more and getting a whole 4.30 rear D70 or whatever is the next axle up?

I have 3.55s now, 7.3 gas engine, not sure if 4.30 will be too much, thinking 4.10?

You're shopping for ratios that were/are factory available. I would really consider a Ford gear set especially in such a new truck.

Youre gear swapping a brand new $$$$$$ truck and cant swing the couple hundred dollars for oe gears?

Shim kit and crush sleeve

And as far as i can tell nobody makes gears for the new 60 design yet only factory gears are available. The pinion is bigger and shorter

I swapped gears in a Super 60 from 3.73 to 4.10 using Spicer gears. I reused the original shims and backlash and pattern came out perfect. That won't happen most of the time but it definitely won't happen with aftermarket gears.

I would re-use the original bearings.
