What's new

Garage sale for Zuks and Geos.

I do! 2wd or 4wd? 16v 1.6? Auto or manual?
Yes.

But honestly it's a pretty clean little thing. I just don't need it and could use the space. Figured I'd throw it up here just in case. I can go back and edit in details if anyone is actually interested.

Edited in details now that I'm not on my phone

Long story, cool story bro, I know.

So, my oldest son this week put his steering wheel, turn signal switch, all that back together by himself (I tore it all apart and left it in shambles, because I thought my turn signal switch was broken). He now wants to find a Geo Tracker/Suzuki Sidekick that isn’t rotted apart and broken in half, but needs fixed up. He wants to do all the work himself.

Does anyone have one they’ll let go on the cheap? He said a motor swap is too much, but I could help him with that. He wants something he can eventually drive to school. Our 4 door red Geo is too mint for winter driving or off roading.

We have enough parts vehicles laying around to make anything work. Would like to stay around 8 hours from western Pennsylvania, and I’d probably have to get it after winter. Unless you’re like an hour or two away.

Lots to choose from, just not under 8 hrs away

He should look for a 2000ish vitarra with the 2.0. Does everything a trackick does only better and nicer

How many parts actually swap over?

There’s not exactly a pile of all this stuff in the east. I have discovered that Geos and small Zuks can survive by being towed behind RV’s.

Most Vitaras have been daily driven since manufacture and are rotted apart.

At one point my Sammi had the heads from a 16V Swift swapped onto it with dual carbs and a header. Something went wrong (likely with the distributor) and the guy I bought it from swapped in an 8V 1.6. He gave me a bunch of parts that could be used to make a cool project. The block is from a Samurai so it doesn't have the forged Swift crank. Best offer.

Dash cover that came with my 1994 Tracker. Not really my thing, but it’s in good condition, so someone might want it.

Offers? Located in Torrance, CA, but can also stuff it in a flat rate box and send it your way.

Stock samurai 5 spoke white wheels... no rust but could use paint. As many as you want 4 for $125. As many as you want.

Samurai doors with glass $100 each have a lot

Rear samurai seat.... useable but far from perfect $150

Sidekick transfercases $150 each

Edit: I know these are damn near retail prices... truth of the matter is I hoarded a lot of this shit to make money off of it.
If you need some random non high $ bs part I most likely have it and will give it to an irate.

I probably have a couple. No guarantee on working condition.

If you just want to cover shipping you can test one out.

@2bigbronco would be cheaper shipping if he has any.

thanks for the offer. What zip code is it coming from? I’ll calculate shipping to see if it beats cruising junkyards here.

Seeing if any local-ish to Harrisonburg VA has interest in this before it goes to the scrap yard. Rust free 03 Tracker, 2.5 V6/Auto/4wd, pretty clean interior. Bad rod knock, needs an engine. 150k miles. Rebuilt title from a light front end wreck as best I can tell. Core support is tweaked but frame is straight. Pretty nice 235/75/15s on it. $750 bucks for all of it, would consider parting out some stuff, but not really interested in shipping big items...

$750 is giraffe pussy when you won't be getting half from the junkyard.

Yes I know MO isn't VA but if anything you'll get less in VA than you will in a cheaper area where there's less overhead to running a junkyard.
