Floor getting wet

So interesting observation.
It's tilted outward, it's always slinging water and dripping outside.
The inside pan is clogged and not draining out fast enough or at all. The bottom of the AC unit inside had drips. And some boxes under that window has water damage. That can't be enough soak the entire building can it?

That might just be it then. That's the only place along the wall that was still wet when we pulled the floor.
Might be time to put a mini split back in.

Recently had this happen. It'll soak a large area. Evaporator drain is clogged. Kinda fun to unclog in a window unit. Take the front of the unit apart and wiggle the coil out of the way and you may get to it with a vacuum

I've seen a window unit on a third floor ruin a ceiling on the first.
