Flat iron steak?

Dang I don't think I've had one if these before, only cut of meat that was a decent deal at the expensive grocery store. Smoked for about 50m @265* then cranked up to 500* for last 10m. Didn't last long!

I was really surprised by how tender this was and the flavor was great.

Aldi`s always has them for a relatively decent price ($8 a pound usually) individually vacuum sealed, always tender.
