Finally a shop of my own.

I have my shop but its for my buisness. While working on projects after hours and weekends is fine I can't bring myself to take up a bay during work hours for long term projects. Been kicking around building a shop at the house but finishing the remodel is first per the wife.

So a good friend offered up one of his "extra" buildings for $250 a month plus the electric bill. Has a full bath, office, and oil heat. 3 bays with a new lift, new compressor and TONS of storage.

Couldn't turn it down. I feel so grateful.

A mile. My work shop is .5 miles from my house and this one is another .5 miles

I take my kid to the sitter that's about 3 miles away so it gets heat about the time i pull in the parking lot at work.

Exactly. Granted I work 70 to 80 hours a week (my buisness) I just can't keep a bay occupied for something that's not making money. Its not fair toy guys if one of them has to work outside because I want to work on one of my POS trucks
