Found a 1999 Casita Spirit Deluxe locally and thinking about picking it up. Looks to be in really good condition and these seem to be good units.

Going to look at it tonight, what should I be looking for?

Asking is $9k and seems a bit high at first glance but after considering the nut fest now it doesn't seem horrible.

Every time I drive by the factory that makes them here in Texas there is always a huge line of sold units waiting to be picked up/shipped. That factory never seems to slow down so they must be doing something right.

Yeah they are popular. It's small for sure but perfect for me and the dog. Lots of unknown stuff as the guy never used the stove, furnace, sinks, etc.

i took one of the scamps to pismo beach one time, loved it. just the right amount of space. sure it could be bigger but a single axle rugged little unit it was awesome
