i made elk burritos with cowboy candy for the family. old man is layed up with a bumbed knee 60 miles away. i dropped him off a rotisserie chicken and 12 of his favourite hoppy beverages on my way through from driving all day.

Made some quesabirra tacos.
Smoked some chuck roast and beef short ribs.
Cooked Roma tomato’s, cumin, garlic, guajillo chiles, couple other spices I’m sure I’m forgetting. Blended that up then used that to cover the meat in the slow cooker.
Shred it with some Oaxaca cheese.
