Slowly building up my Tahoe. Just a mild trail/hunting/camping rig. Plans are a SAS, 4.56 gears, 33's, 5 speed. Where are you guys buying your fabrication parts? Heims, bushings and such.

Barnes or cutting them myself out of plate with a grinder or band saw. Barnes is like an hour from my house so depending on what coast you are on, ruffstuff may make more sense shipping wise.

I got some frame stiffeners and a couple other bits from WFO when I put the front end under my Chevy.

But I typically shop around. Barnes, Off-road anonymous, Artec and ruffstuff are a few common names

I do my own programming,
Universal stuff can be awesome. But if you happen to know someone with the capability to turn your project into cartoons, the best thing you can do is sit down and figure out exaclty what you need. Plasma tables have become so popular, that guaranteed you can find someone to cut you whatever you need. If not, pick the one that you like the best. At the end of the day, universal is universal no matter who is cutting it.

I've watched most of his videos. The terrain where he's at and the type of wheeling he does is very similar to here.

Ruffstuff, Barnes, Artec, Motobilt, DIY4x....usually if they can cover it or dont make it, I draw my own and get it cut locally.
