For a short while I was selling parts on Amazon, in their support forums a hot topic was vendors discussing stopping sales in CA because of all the packages not being delivered. a lot of talk about the trains being robbed. Amazon holds the vendor accountable, instant refund to the customer and the vendor is out the product and shipping.
