EGT spin off

So, turning up the pump on the moho. 8.3 Cummins bro! An EGT gauge sounds like a good idea. Problem is, the engine is 36' away from the dash. The way this thing is built, running wires would bring the suck. Any remote probes (other than alien abduction) out there? BT? Send it till it melts down? Bacon?

Look at marine stuff. You could do a whole sensor package or just one. Then run a NEMA2000 network up to you dash. Fully customizable.

Boats usually have engines far away.
