Met this guy many years ago wheeling. He made these Beans and they were great. He gave us the recipe and his name was Ed.
2.5# lean ground beef
3 cans Van Kamps pork & beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 onion
Brown beef & onion
Add pork & beans
Drain all other beans & add
Simmer 20 minutes
Salt & pepper
I rinse all the Beans except for the Van Kamps.
