Looking for a duffle style dry bag for using on the RZR. have a couple week long vacations coming up this summer and I am wanting a dry bag style duffle to keep change of clothes, snacks that don't need to be in the cooler, and other items. What is everyone using. I am more worried about dust, mud and the occasional rain shower than being boat/kayak waterproof. Trying to keep the budget under $100. 40-60L size..

Cabela's bag is the style I am looking at now.

ive used a northface for years. sat in the back of truck beds while raining. i wouldnt submerge it but it keeps the rain out.

Watershed are the best dry bags ever. The NRS zipper dry bags are nice but not sure how the zipper will hold up to dirt and from.

yea dirt/mud and zippers don't mix well in my experience. that is why i was looking more at the fold over style closure. I know the stuff sack style dry bags are more common but I don't want to pull everything out of the bag if I want a pair of socks that is in the bottom of the bag.

Watershed have a ziplock closer. I have Two Colorado size watersheds that are 20 years old. Rafting is hard on gear between Partner Steel stoves and Watershed bags are some of the longest lasting best gear I own.

North face Basecamp. Everyone in my family has one for when we go adventuring. Even the dogs get a small one for leashes, food, dog coats, etc. Sometimes they go inside, sometimes they go in a truck bed or roof rack. (The bags, not the dogs)

I have a new, never opened XL in red id sell for a C note. I sent one in for warranty and replaced it for a trip before North Face sent me the new one back.

I have a sweet dry bag with the roll top from Seattle Sports or something. It isn’t a duffel, more like a backpack. Very nice for canoeing or kayaking.

The tusk bags definitely look good. I have mountains of wolfman gear and swear by them. What didn't you like about them?

Dad's trying to talk me into running the IDBDR this year (not really talk me into it, more like I gotta figure out how to afford it/get two weeks off). I will need to outfit the GS with new bags as the vario cases aren't going to work. I had planned wolfmans just because I have had zero bad luck with them.

The price seem pretty steep for what I thought were the same thing as my NR bags. Felt like people were just going after the name. I have their medium(?) duffle and an NR duffle. I can't tell the difference between them.

I get another set, I'm going with the Tusk setup.

I had a set of Nelson Riggs door bags on my RZR. They were ok for awhile at the price point but the zippers were kinda fine and they eventually failed from dirt in the zippers. i tried cleaning them. used zipper lube on them several times and finally got fed up with them and scrapped them. Went with the factory Popo door bags. They were more money but a nicer bag and the zippers are much better.

Those Tusk bags looks pretty good for the money. I like the Large (44L) size.

So bringing this back up. I ended up buying a NF bag from DMG, thanks man! It's not the PVC coated though and it's pretty big for trail riding so I ordered the Tusk Large size 44L. That is a little bigger than I need for the RZR so I am going to order the medium sized 33L for the trail. The 44L I will use for clothes and other things that rides in the truck bed when going on trips pulling my gooseneck.
