I have my fass setup in pretty much the same spot, only mounted high enough that you don't see the filters hanging down. Still easy to change filters, but can't be seen

Anybody with a keylogger can do this. That is a piece of software that does it, and those are well taken care of by even basic Microsoft security.

Then someone can write a custom keylogger, but this is not useful over many computers otherwise it gets swept up in normal security scans.

Then there is the problem of getting the data the keylogger logged, to someone else.

If that's over the internet, you have to somehow get it out of the windows firewall to an address that doesn't trip any type of normal alarm.

You can also downlload keylogged data, but that requires physical access to the computer.

The Holey Grail is a hardware keylogger, but again that requires some type of Illuminati style conspiracy for a population. That would require collaboration between ISPs, backbone providers, hardware manufacturers, Microsoft and other OS producers, security companies... it's quite a proposition, quite a bit harder than faking the Moon Landings or seeding us with Chemtrails.

But, if you want to target a specific individual, then yes, it is possible to keylog someone's computer, get the data via physical access, then they can see every keystroke you make.
